The scene where Tokyo lights shines just for you.
There's a moment in every great romance where the city stops being a backdrop and becomes the story. Wong Kar-Wai found it in a red lantern's glow and the held gaze that says everything the dialogue can't. The Notebook found it in a downpour, completely unguarded.

The greatest proposal scenes weren't accidents. Someone mapped the light, the movement, knew exactly when to let the moment breathe and then got completely out of the way.

Elopements
Half Day (6 hours)
Travel within a 2-3 hour radius from Tokyo.
Possible destinations such as Enoshima, Kamakura, Yokohama, Shizuoka, Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, or Sendai. Locations beyond this range are possible, with additional travel time, transportation, and accommodation quoted separately.
